HVAC Superintendent - Multifmaily Construction

• Oversee and manage all HVAC construction activities from project startup through completion, ensuring work is performed safely, efficiently, and in accordance with project schedules.
• Coordinate daily field operations with project managers, general contractors, subcontractors, and other trades to maintain workflow and meet project milestones.
• Supervise HVAC crews and subcontractors, ensuring quality workmanship and productivity expectations are consistently achieved.
• Review project plans, specifications, and schedules to identify and resolve potential construction challenges.
• Ensure compliance with all applicable building codes, safety regulations, company policies, and project requirements.
• Conduct regular site inspections to monitor installation quality, progress, and adherence to project specifications.
• Provide technical guidance and support to field personnel, helping to resolve issues and maintain project momentum.
• Monitor labor, material, and equipment utilization to support budget objectives and maximize operational efficiency.
• Facilitate coordination meetings and communicate project updates, schedule changes, and key milestones to stakeholders.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, project teams, and trade partners to ensure successful project delivery and customer satisfaction.
