The company delivers full-service HVAC solutions for multifamily developments and is committed to quality craftsmanship, project excellence, and fostering a collaborative team-oriented work environment.Job DescriptionOversee and manage all HVAC construction activities from project startup through completion, ensuring work is performed safely, efficiently, and in accordance with project schedules.Coordinate daily field operations with project managers, general contractors, subcontractors, and other trades to maintain workflow and meet project milestones.Supervise HVAC crews and subcontractors, ensuring quality workmanship and productivity expectations are consistently achieved.Review project plans, specifications, and schedules to identify and resolve potential construction challenges.Ensure compliance with all applicable building codes, safety regulations, company policies, and project requirements.Conduct regular site inspections to monitor installation quality, progress, and adherence to project specifications.Provide technical guidance and support to field personnel, helping to resolve issues and maintain project momentum.Monitor labor, material, and equipment utilization to support budget objectives and maximize operational efficiency.Facilitate coordination meetings and communicate project updates, schedule changes, and key milestones to stakeholders.Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, project teams, and trade partners to ensure successful project delivery and customer satisfaction.MPI does not discriminate on the basis of race, color, religion, sex, sexual orientation, gender identity or expression, national origin, age, disability, veteran status, marital status, or based on an individual's status in any group or class protected by applicable federal, state or local law.
