With a strong reputation for innovation, quality, and employee development, they offer a stable environment with excellent long-term career opportunities.Job DescriptionPerform inspections using a variety of precision measurement and testing equipment, including micrometers, calipers, vision systems, and automated inspection tools.Program and operate advanced automated inspection equipment to verify product quality and compliance.Develop and implement fixtures and tooling to support inspection processes.Conduct in-process and final inspections to ensure products meet customer and internal quality requirements.Review engineering drawings, specifications, and process instructions to verify conformance.Record and maintain accurate inspection data within company systems and databases.Support engineering and manufacturing teams by inspecting prototype and specialised components.Identify quality concerns and make acceptance decisions in accordance with established procedures and standards.Ensure inspection equipment remains calibrated, maintained, and in proper working condition.Assist with continuous improvement efforts to enhance quality and operational performance.MPI does not discriminate on the basis of race, color, religion, sex, sexual orientation, gender identity or expression, national origin, age, disability, veteran status, marital status, or based on an individual's status in any group or class protected by applicable federal, state or local law.
