Indirect Category Manager

• Develop and implement category management strategies to optimize procurement processes and cost efficiency.
• Analyze market trends to identify opportunities for cost savings and improved supplier performance.
• Manage supplier relationships, including negotiations, performance evaluations, and partnership development.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align procurement strategies with business goals.
• Monitor and report on category performance, ensuring alignment with budget and company objectives.
• Identify and mitigate risks in the supply chain to ensure continuity and quality standards.
• Lead RFP and tender processes to select the most suitable suppliers and service providers.
• Drive continuous improvement initiatives within procurement and supply chain operations.
