Job Description

The Industrial Superintendent will be responsible for:

Overseeing all on‑site construction activities for industrial projects valued $40M-$100M
Managing subcontractors, site teams and schedules to ensure timely delivery
Enforcing safety standards and maintaining a strong safety‑first culture on site
Coordinating closely with project managers, engineers and inspectors
Leadinging site logistics, quality control, inspections and punch‑list completion
Tracking progress and resolving field issues to maintain budget and schedule
Serving as the primary on‑site leader throughout the full project lifecycle

The Successful Applicant

A successful Industrial Superintendent should have:

10-20 years of experience as a Superintendent on industrial construction projects
A strong background in warehouse, distribution, self‑storage or manufacturing builds
A proven experience delivering turnkey construction projects
Comfortability leading large project teams on $40M+ builds
Ability to travel regionally; most projects within two hours of Richmond
