Industrial Construction Superintendent

• Manage on-site construction activities to ensure adherence to project schedules and quality standards.
• Coordinate with subcontractors, suppliers, and team members to maintain smooth project execution.
• Enforce safety protocols and ensure compliance with OSHA and other regulatory requirements.
• Monitor project budgets and manage resources to minimize costs without compromising quality.
• Conduct regular site inspections to identify and resolve issues proactively.
• Communicate project progress and updates to stakeholders and project management teams.
• Maintain accurate documentation, including daily logs, schedules, and reports.
• Foster a collaborative and efficient work environment for all team members on-site.
