This position offers excellent career growth potential, the opportunity to make a meaningful impact, and a highly competitive compensation and benefits package.Job DescriptionPartner with engineering and operations teams to successfully launch new products into manufacturing.Evaluate product designs for manufacturability and scalability.Participate in design reviews and risk assessments to ensure production readiness.Design and implement fixtures, tooling, and workholding solutions.Analyze throughput, labor utilization, and production costs to improve operational performance.Lead continuous improvement projects focused on productivity, quality, safety, and cost reduction.Facilitate Kaizen events and Lean improvement activities.Identify bottlenecks and implement solutions that improve flow and overall equipment effectiveness.Promote a culture of operational excellence and problem-solving across the organization.Develop and maintain Process Failure Mode and Effects Analyses (PFMEAs).Collaborate on Design FMEAs (DFMEAs) and process validation activities.Implement process controls to reduce risk and improve product quality.Support root cause investigations and corrective action implementation.Develop work instructions, visual aids, process documentation, and training materials.Establish production routings, labor standards, and manufacturing cost models.MPI does not discriminate on the basis of race, color, religion, sex, sexual orientation, gender identity or expression, national origin, age, disability, veteran status, marital status, or based on an individual's status in any group or class protected by applicable federal, state or local law.
