As a vertically integrated manufacturer, they manage the entire production process from design and tooling through fabrication, finishing, and delivery, allowing them to provide exceptional quality, responsiveness, and customer support.Job DescriptionKey ResponsibilitiesPerform preventative maintenance, troubleshooting, repair, and installation activities on manufacturing equipment and extrusion presses.Diagnose and resolve mechanical, hydraulic, pneumatic, and electrical equipment failures.Respond to machine downtime events and implement timely corrective actions.Support equipment setup, optimization, and reliability initiatives.Execute and improve preventive maintenance programs to maximize equipment uptime.Interpret technical drawings, schematics, manuals, and maintenance documentation.Collaborate closely with production and maintenance teams to ensure operational efficiency.Assist with mechanical projects, equipment upgrades, and continuous improvement efforts.Maintain compliance with all safety standards, policies, and procedures.Support welding and fabrication needs related to equipment repair and maintenance.MPI does not discriminate on the basis of race, color, religion, sex, sexual orientation, gender identity or expression, national origin, age, disability, veteran status, marital status, or based on an individual's status in any group or class protected by applicable federal, state or local law.
