Known for delivering innovative automation and machinery solutions, the organisation offers a collaborative environment where engineers can contribute to complex, high-impact projects.Job DescriptionResponsibilities:Create electrical schematics, wiring diagrams, P&IDs, control panel layouts, and bills of materials (BOMs).Support control system architecture and hardware design from concept through fabrication and factory acceptance testing.Participate in project kick-offs, design reviews, and customer meetings.Coordinate with mechanical and electrical engineering teams to ensure designs meet technical and project requirements.Troubleshoot and resolve electrical and control system issues during build, testing, and commissioning phases.Collaborate with manufacturing and field service teams to support equipment installation and start-up activities.Manage project priorities, communicate progress, and identify potential risks.Support the development and maintenance of engineering standards and best practices.Interface with customers, suppliers, and vendors as required.Travel occasionally for customer and vendor visits (less than 10%).Support quality, environmental, health, and safety initiatives.MPI does not discriminate on the basis of race, color, religion, sex, sexual orientation, gender identity or expression, national origin, age, disability, veteran status, marital status, or based on an individual's status in any group or class protected by applicable federal, state or local law.
