Job Description

  • Take full ownership of day-to-day field operations for an assigned commercial or industrial project.
  • Coordinate subcontractors, vendors, inspections, deliveries, schedules, site logistics, and quality control.
  • Lead the jobsite while maintaining a safe, organized, productive, and professional environment.
  • Partner closely with the Project Manager, Project Executive, design team, and client throughout the project.
  • Identify and resolve field issues proactively to keep the project on schedule and aligned with budget and quality expectations.
  • Serve as a professional representative of Oliver Construction with owners, subcontractors, architects, engineers, and project partners.

The Successful Applicant

  • Commercial construction Superintendent experience with the ability to independently run $2M+ projects.
  • Experience with ground-up construction, additions, or major commercial renovations.
  • Industrial construction experience is highly valued, particularly manufacturing, distribution, or facility expansion work.
  • Strong communication and leadership skills with the ability to hold subcontractors accountable while maintaining positive working relationships.
  • Even-keeled, polished, and professional personality with the presence to represent Oliver confidently in front of clients and project partners.
