Job Description

  • Oversee all on-site construction activities, ensuring projects are executed efficiently and safely.
  • Coordinate with project managers, subcontractors, and other stakeholders to ensure smooth workflow.
  • Monitor project schedules and budgets, addressing any deviations promptly.
  • Ensure compliance with safety regulations and company standards at all times.
  • Supervise and lead site teams, fostering strong communication and collaboration.
  • Inspect work progress and quality, ensuring adherence to project specifications.
  • Resolve any on-site issues or challenges that arise during construction.
  • Maintain accurate project documentation and reports.
