Job Description

* Manage day-to-day field operations on industrial construction projects from ground-up through completion

* Coordinate subcontractors, suppliers, and internal teams to maintain project schedules and quality standards

* Lead site safety initiatives and ensure compliance with all company and regulatory requirements

* Monitor project progress, identify risks, and implement solutions to keep projects on track

* Maintain strong communication with project managers, clients, and stakeholders throughout construction

The Successful Applicant

* 5+ years of superintendent experience on industrial, commercial, manufacturing, or large-scale construction projects

* Proven ability to manage field operations, subcontractors, and project schedules

* Strong knowledge of construction safety practices and site management procedures

* Experience utilizing construction software such as Bluebeam and related project management tools

* Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills
