Known for delivering large-scale industrial, manufacturing, utility, and infrastructure projects, the company offers stability, a strong project pipeline, and opportunities for long-term career growth.Job DescriptionKey ResponsibilitiesLead daily field operations on industrial construction projects from mobilization through closeout.Manage subcontractors, vendors, and site personnel to ensure projects are completed safely, on schedule, and within budget.Coordinate project activities with Project Managers, owners, engineers, and key stakeholders.Enforce site safety standards and ensure compliance with OSHA regulations and company policies.Monitor productivity, manpower planning, scheduling, and resource allocation.Conduct site meetings, progress reviews, and inspections.Identify and resolve construction issues proactively to minimize project delays.Maintain quality control standards and ensure all work meets project specifications.Support project planning, sequencing, and logistics throughout the construction lifecycle.Travel throughout Northern New Jersey and surrounding project locations as required.MPI does not discriminate on the basis of race, color, religion, sex, sexual orientation, gender identity or expression, national origin, age, disability, veteran status, marital status, or based on an individual's status in any group or class protected by applicable federal, state or local law.
