Job Description

The Superintendent's Responsibilities:

Manage all field operations.
Create and manage the cost-loaded project schedule.
Coordinate labor, equipment, subcontractors, drawings, and specifications.
Responsible for all labor and equipment costs, including input with the monthly projections.
Identify, evaluate, and mitigate project risk.
Understand the contract documents to foresee problems before they arise.
Communicate quality standards to each subcontractor and vendor.
Manages job site cleanliness.
Assists the Project Manager in preparing monthly billings.
Prepare daily logs.
