With a growing presence throughout the Northeast, the organization offers a collaborative culture, long-term career growth opportunities, and the ability to work on some of the region's most impactful industrial developments.Job DescriptionKey ResponsibilitiesLead all on-site construction activities for ground-up and expansion industrial projects.Manage project safety programs and enforce OSHA and company safety standards.Develop, maintain, and drive project schedules to meet critical milestones and turnover dates.Coordinate subcontractors, suppliers, inspectors, and field personnel to ensure efficient workflow.Conduct daily site meetings and communicate project progress with ownership, design teams, and project management.Review plans, specifications, and construction documents to identify and resolve field issues.Monitor quality control efforts and ensure workmanship meets project requirements.Track labor productivity and support budget management initiatives.Oversee inspections, testing, commissioning activities, and project closeout.Maintain accurate daily reports, logs, and project documentation.Proactively identify risks and implement solutions to mitigate schedule or cost impacts.Foster a culture of teamwork, accountability, and operational excellence on every project.MPI does not discriminate on the basis of race, color, religion, sex, sexual orientation, gender identity or expression, national origin, age, disability, veteran status, marital status, or based on an individual's status in any group or class protected by applicable federal, state or local law.
