Job Description

  • Lead and manage facilities management operations, ensuring optimal performance of infrastructure systems.
  • Develop and implement strategies for efficient and sustainable building operations.
  • Supervise technical teams, providing guidance and support to achieve operational goals.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to ensure compliance with safety and regulatory standards.
  • Monitor and manage budgets, ensuring cost-effective solutions without compromising quality.
  • Oversee maintenance schedules and respond to infrastructure-related issues promptly.
  • Analyze data to identify areas for improvement and implement innovative solutions.
  • Coordinate with vendors and contractors to ensure timely completion of projects.

The Successful Applicant

A successful Infrastructure Engineering Manager should have:

  • 10+ years managing critical infrastructure and for Investment Banks
  • Knowledge and the use of financial tools
  • Detail-oriented
  • Strong communication skills with the ability to deliver key information to stakeholders and in large group settings
  • Organizational skills for keeping track of various schedules, timelines and initiatives
  • Understand and implementation of finance and budgeting
  • Training and/or certifications related to the industry and this role
  • Bachelors degree or related experience in the critical infrastructure and technology field.
