Job Description

    • Lead day-to-day field operations on commercial interior and tenant improvement projects.
    • Coordinate and supervise subcontractors to ensure work is completed safely, efficiently, and to quality standards.
    • Drive project schedules and proactively identify solutions to keep projects on track and within budget.
    • Partner closely with Project Managers throughout all phases of construction.
    • Conduct site walks, monitor project progress, and maintain clear communication with all stakeholders.
    • Enforce jobsite standards, project requirements, and company expectations.
    • Build positive working relationships with clients, vendors, subcontractors, and project teams.
    • Represent the company professionally both on and off the jobsite.
    • Support project delivery efforts in a collaborative environment where team members contribute across multiple areas as needed.

Required Qualifications

  • 2+ years of construction experience in a Superintendent, Assistant Superintendent, or field leadership capacity.
  • Ability to effectively manage subcontractors and hold teams accountable to schedules and project expectations.
  • Strong organizational and communication skills.
  • Self-motivated professional with a proactive, "can-do" attitude.
  • Ability to work collaboratively within a small, entrepreneurial team environment.
  • Must be local to the Charlotte, NC market.



Preferred Experience

  • Commercial interiors, tenant improvement, or upfit project experience.
  • Experience overseeing projects in sectors such as corporate office, healthcare, hospitality, retail, restaurant, or similar commercial environments.
  • Exposure to small commercial construction projects.
