Job Description

  • Oversee daily interior construction activities from rough finishes through final completion
  • Manage all interior trades including drywall, paint, flooring, millwork, cabinetry, countertops, doors, hardware, and finishes
  • Coordinate subcontractors to maintain productivity and meet project milestones
  • Conduct quality control inspections to ensure all work meets plans, specifications, and luxury finish standards
  • Support schedule management, inspections, unit turnovers, punch list completion, and project closeout

The Successful Applicant

  • Experience on multifamily, apartment, mixed-use, condominium, or residential construction projects
  • Previous luxury high-rise experience preferred but not required
  • Strong understanding of interior finish sequencing and quality control processes
  • Ability to read and interpret construction drawings and specifications
  • Experience coordinating multiple subcontractors in a fast-paced construction environment
  • Knowledge of Procore or similar construction management software preferred
  • OSHA 30 certification preferred
