Job Description

  • Lead all interior construction activities from rough finishes through project closeout on high-profile commercial, hospitality, residential, or multifamily projects.
  • Coordinate and supervise subcontractors to ensure work is completed safely, efficiently, and to the highest quality standards.
  • Drive project schedules, proactively identifying and resolving challenges to keep milestones on track.
  • Partner closely with project management teams, architects, consultants, and ownership groups to deliver exceptional results.
  • Conduct daily site walks, quality inspections, and punch list management to ensure a seamless final product.
  • Maintain a strong safety culture and enforce company and OSHA standards across all jobsite activities.
  • Oversee material deliveries, logistics, and workforce planning to maximize productivity and minimize delays.
  • Manage project documentation, reporting, and field communications with professionalism and attention to detail.
  • Champion craftsmanship and accountability, ensuring every space is delivered with pride and precision.
  • Play a key role in bringing landmark projects to life while building lasting relationships with clients and project stakeholders.
