Job Description

  • Oversee daily on-site multifamily construction operations.
  • Coordinate with project managers, subcontractors, and vendors to keep projects on schedule.
  • Enforce safety, quality, and compliance standards.
  • Monitor progress, resolve issues, and mitigate delays.
  • Supervise subcontractor performance and site productivity.
  • Conduct site inspections to ensure work meets project specifications.
  • Provide regular project updates to stakeholders.
  • Manage material procurement and site resources.

The Successful Applicant

A successful Interior Superintendent - Multifamily should have:

  • Experience with on-site management for multifamily construction projects.
  • Strong knowledge of safety regulations and quality standards in construction.
  • Ability to effectively coordinate with project managers and subcontractors.
  • Excellent problem-solving and communication skills.
  • Familiarity with procurement processes and resource management.
