About Our Client

Our client is a well-established Florida-based general contractor that has been delivering complex construction projects since 1987. The company specializes in multifamily, commercial office, education, government, hospitality, and healthcare projects, with a strong reputation for quality, long-term client relationships, and successful delivery of large-scale CM-at-Risk developments.

Job Description

  • Manage all punch list and project closeout activities for a luxury multifamily development
  • Coordinate and supervise punch list crews, subcontractors, and trade partners
  • Work closely with MEP trades to ensure timely completion and quality standards
  • Conduct inspections and maintain quality control for high-end interior finishes
  • Utilize Procore to track progress, documentation, and closeout requirements

The Successful Applicant

  • Experience as an Interior Superintendent, Punch List Superintendent, or Superintendent focused on project closeouts
  • Background in luxury multifamily, condominiums, hospitality, or high-rise residential construction
  • Strong knowledge of MEP systems and subcontractor coordination
  • OSHA certified and willing to be hands-on when required
