They have built a strong reputation through a collaborative culture, industry-leading professionals, and a commitment to investing in both their people and their communities.Job DescriptionResponsibilitiesLead all on-site construction activities, ensuring projects are completed safely, on schedule, within budget, and to the highest quality standards.Enforce safety protocols across all trades and subcontractors, promptly addressing and documenting incidents when required.Coordinate daily site operations, communicate priorities to field teams, and maintain accurate project documentation and reporting.Partner with Project Managers to develop and execute project schedules, monitor progress, and proactively resolve challenges.Oversee installation sequencing and construction methods to ensure efficiency, quality, and adherence to project specifications.Build and maintain strong relationships with subcontractors, clients, architects, and project stakeholders.Manage punch list activities and project closeout, ensuring seamless turnover and owner satisfaction.Review scopes of work, identify potential risks early, and minimise unnecessary change orders through proactive planning.Organise labour, equipment, materials, temporary facilities, and site logistics to support project success.Track long-lead procurement items and coordinate expedited solutions when necessary.MPI does not discriminate on the basis of race, color, religion, sex, sexual orientation, gender identity or expression, national origin, age, disability, veteran status, marital status, or based on an individual's status in any group or class protected by applicable federal, state or local law.
