Job Description

  • Oversee day-to-day site activities to keep projects on schedule and within budget.
  • Direct and coordinate subcontractors to ensure work meets quality standards and safety requirements.
  • Enforce job site safety protocols to maintain a safe working environment.
  • Monitor progress, resolve challenges, and address potential delays proactively.
  • Communicate with clients, project managers, and team members to share updates and handle any issues.

The Successful Applicant

  • Experience overseeing interior construction projects with strong knowledge of this nature.
  • Ability to lead teams, ensuring safety, quality, and efficiency on-site.
  • In-depth knowledge of safety standards and enforcement of protocols.
  • Strong problem-solving skills to resolve issues and maintain project time-lines.
  • Excellent communication and leadership for effective coordination with clients and teams
