Job Description

  • Oversee daily operations on construction sites, ensuring safety and compliance.
  • Coordinate with subcontractors, suppliers, and team members to meet project deadlines.
  • Monitor and maintain project schedules and budgets.
  • Conduct regular site inspections to ensure quality standards are met.
  • Resolve on-site issues and provide solutions to maintain workflow.
  • Manage and document project progress and report to stakeholders.
  • Enforce adherence to project plans, specifications, and safety regulations.
  • Collaborate with project managers to achieve successful project delivery.

The Successful Applicant

A successful Interiors Superintendent should have:

  • 2+ years of superintendent, field leadership, or construction management experience
  • Experience delivering interiors, tenant improvement, or commercial upfit projects preferred
  • Proven ability to hold subcontractors accountable and drive project schedules
  • Strong communication skills with a professional, team-oriented approach
  • Local to the Charlotte, NC market and able to travel to regional project sites
