Job Description

The Interiors Superintendent will report to a Senior Operations Leader and play a critical role in delivering high-end commercial interior projects safely, on schedule, and to the highest quality standards.

  • Manage day-to-day field operations for commercial interior construction projects.
  • Coordinate subcontractors, vendors, and site logistics to maintain project schedules.
  • Lead project safety initiatives and ensure compliance with all site requirements.
  • Conduct quality control inspections and oversee project punch lists.
  • Collaborate closely with Project Managers, clients, architects, and design teams.
  • Drive schedule adherence and proactively resolve field challenges.
  • Facilitate owner meetings, subcontractor coordination, and progress updates.

The Successful Applicant

For the Interiors Superintendent we are seeking:

  • Proven Superintendent experience delivering commercial interior construction projects.
  • Strong background in high-end office interiors projects.
  • Experience managing projects from demolition through turnover.
  • Knowledge of commercial construction means, methods, sequencing, and safety requirements.
  • Ability to read and interpret construction drawings and specifications.
  • Experience utilizing project management and scheduling software.
  • Strong leadership, communication, and subcontractor management skills.
  • Stable employment history with demonstrated project success.
  • OSHA certification preferred.
