An established developer-builder is seeking an Interior Superintendent to support a large multifamily high-rise project in South Florida. This role will oversee interior construction activities, coordinate trade partners, and drive quality, safety, and schedule performance.

Job Description

* Oversee daily interior construction activities across assigned project areas.

* Coordinate subcontractors, monitor productivity, and support schedule milestones.

* Manage interior finishes and ensure compliance with project specifications.

* Conduct quality inspections and facilitate resolution of deficiencies.

* Maintain project documentation, daily reports, and safety standards.

The Successful Applicant

* Experience delivering multifamily, apartment, mixed-use, or residential projects.

* Knowledge of interior finish sequencing and quality control processes.

* Ability to read and interpret construction drawings and specifications.

* Experience coordinating multiple subcontractors in an active jobsite environment.

* OSHA 30 certification and Procore experience preferred.
