Working as part of a global IT function, you will partner closely with international colleagues to provide consistent support across multiple locations and time zones.Key responsibilities include:Act as a first point of contact for IT support, managing triage, resolution and ticket management.Manage the macOS endpoint environment through Jamf, including provisioning, configuration, patching, compliance and lifecycle management.Support Windows devices through Intune as required.Administer identity and access management across Okta and Entra ID.Provision and deprovision access to SaaS applications and collaboration platforms.Maintain endpoint security standards, including encryption, MDM compliance, EDR health and patch management.Support office and remote connectivity, including Wi-Fi, Zscaler, Tailscale, AV/conferencing technology and printing services.Assist IT and cybersecurity incident response activities in partnership with Security Engineering.Support ISO 27001 operational controls, including access reviews, asset management, change records and audit evidence.Work with regional technology vendors, including hardware, software, telecoms and internet providers.Maintain user-facing documentation, internal runbooks and standard operating procedures.Provide high-touch technical support to senior stakeholders and assist with critical business events.Participate in cross-regional technology initiatives alongside global IT and Security Engineering teams.MPI does not discriminate on the basis of race, color, religion, sex, sexual orientation, gender identity or expression, national origin, age, disability, veteran status, marital status, or based on an individual's status in any group or class protected by applicable federal, state or local law. MPI encourages applications from minorities, women, the disabled, protected veterans and all other qualified applicants.The Successful ApplicantThe successful candidate will be a hands-on and service-oriented IT Operations professional who enjoys solving technical problems and supporting users in a fast-moving, global environment.You should have:3+ years of experience in IT operations, end-user support or systems administration.Strong hands-on macOS and Jamf experience, including device management, patching, compliance reporting and automation.Experience administering Okta, including SSO, MFA, group-based access and lifecycle workflows.Working knowledge of Entra ID and Microsoft 365 within a hybrid identity environment.A strong understanding of endpoint security and access controls.Experience supporting collaboration tools including Slack, Zoom, Microsoft 365 and Atlassian.Strong incident management skills with the ability to maintain accurate, audit-ready documentation.Experience supporting a global user base and collaborating with IT colleagues across different countries and time zones.Excellent communication skills and the ability to provide polished, high-touch support to senior stakeholders.Exposure to fintech, financial services or a family office environment would be advantageous.Familiarity with ISO 27001, SOC 2 or similar compliance frameworks is beneficial.Location & onsite expectations: This position requires a high degree of flexibility between the Westport, CT and New York City offices. The company-wide expectation is three days per week onsite; however, the IT team typically averages approximately four days per week in the office, so candidates should be comfortable with a highly onsite working environment. The role is particularly well suited to someone based in Connecticut or Westchester who can comfortably travel between both offices as business needs dictate.Global working hours: As part of a global IT function, candidates must be willing and able to take early-morning calls when required to accommodate communication and collaboration with colleagues and end users in Abu Dhabi and Singapore. The broader role operates across multiple global time zones.Travel: Candidates must be willing and able to travel internationally, including several trips to Abu Dhabi each year to meet and support end users.
