They are investing significantly in strengthening internal processes and are seeking a subject matter expert to elevate and future-proof their compliance capabilities.Job DescriptionConduct a comprehensive ITAR gap assessment across business units, products, systems, and third-party relationshipsDevelop and implement a structured remediation roadmap with clear timelines and ownershipBuild and roll out a complete compliance programme, including policies, controls, and operational processesEstablish and maintain Technology Control Plans (TCPs), classification systems, and secure access frameworksLead cross-functional initiatives across Engineering, IT, HR, Legal, Sales, and Operations to ensure full alignmentTrack programme progress, facilitate regular updates, and provide reporting to senior leadershipOversee export licensing activities, including applications, renewals, and ongoing trackingReview and approve technology transfers, foreign national access, and export-related decisionsConduct internal audits and ensure continuous alignment with ITAR, EAR, and related regulationsLead audit preparation and act as the primary liaison for regulators and external stakeholdersManage voluntary disclosures, including investigations and corrective action planningDesign and deliver training programmes to drive a strong compliance culture across the organisationOwn and continuously update all compliance-related policies and proceduresMPI does not discriminate on the basis of race, color, religion, sex, sexual orientation, gender identity or expression, national origin, age, disability, veteran status, marital status, or based on an individual's status in any group or class protected by applicable federal, state or local law.
