Jr. Preconstruction Manager - Raleigh, NC

• Assist in preparing detailed project estimates and budgets.
• Collaborate with design teams to ensure project goals align with client expectations.
• Review and analyze construction documents for accuracy and feasibility.
• Support the development of preconstruction schedules and timelines.
• Coordinate with subcontractors and suppliers to obtain accurate pricing and availability.
• Participate in client meetings to present preconstruction plans and updates.
• Ensure compliance with company standards and project specifications.
• Contribute to value engineering efforts to optimize project costs and outcomes.
