K-12 - Superintendent

• Manage and oversee all phases of K-12 construction projects, ensuring timely completion and adherence to project specifications.
• Coordinate with architects, engineers, subcontractors, and other stakeholders to ensure seamless project execution.
• Monitor project budgets and schedules, making adjustments as needed to meet goals.
• Ensure compliance with safety regulations and maintain a safe working environment on all job sites.
• Conduct regular site visits to assess progress and address any issues that may arise.
• Provide leadership and direction to project teams, fostering collaboration and effective communication.
• Prepare and present project reports to stakeholders, detailing progress, challenges, and solutions.
• Resolve any conflicts or challenges that may arise during construction to maintain project timelines and quality standards.
