Land Development Manager

• Manage all aspects of land development projects from due diligence through project completion.
• Coordinate land use approvals, zoning applications, permitting, and entitlement processes with municipal agencies and regulatory authorities.
• Oversee civil engineering, surveying, environmental, geotechnical, and architectural consultants throughout project development.
• Review site plans, engineering drawings, specifications, and consultant deliverables for accuracy and compliance.
• Develop and manage project budgets, schedules, and development timelines.
• Monitor project risks and implement mitigation strategies to maintain schedule and budget objectives.
• Collaborate with acquisition, design, construction, leasing, and asset management teams to support project goals.
• Lead meetings with local officials, consultants, utility providers, and community stakeholders.
• Coordinate utility planning, infrastructure improvements, stormwater management, grading, and roadway development efforts.
• Support contractor procurement, bid review, contract negotiations, and project execution during construction.
• Track project milestones and provide regular updates to senior leadership.
• Ensure compliance with all environmental regulations, permitting requirements, and company standards.
