Each year, you'll contribute to significant, high-impact work that helps shape communities and supports ongoing economic growth.Job DescriptionThe Layout Field Engineer Will Be Responsible For: Set up and maintain permanent control throughout the line and grade portion of the project.Apply expertise in using Total Station, Robotic Total Station, and/or Theodolite equipment.Utilize data surveying software proficiently.Validate dimensions by reviewing architectural and structural drawings before execution.Ensure precision and quality in your work, constantly seeking improvements and monitoring quality levels.Identify and resolve any discrepancies in drawings prior to execution.Collaborate with the project lead to ensure proper scheduling and sequencing for the line and grade portion.Complete layouts accurately, efficiently, and within the project timeline.Provide layout information to the project team for seamless execution.MPI does not discriminate on the basis of race, color, religion, sex, sexual orientation, gender identity or expression, national origin, age, disability, veteran status, marital status, or based on an individual's status in any group or class protected by applicable federal, state or local law.
