Known for its collaborative culture and entrepreneurial mindset, the organization offers the resources of a major builder while empowering employees to make a meaningful impact on project success.Job DescriptionLead preconstruction and estimating efforts from concept through GMP.Prepare conceptual, schematic, design development, and detailed estimates.Perform quantity take-offs and develop project budgets.Solicit, analyze, and level subcontractor and supplier pricing.Develop bid packages and support procurement strategies.Build and maintain relationships with owners, architects, engineers, and subcontractors.Identify and implement value engineering opportunities.Support business development and project pursuit activities.Assist with preliminary scheduling, logistics, and construction planning.Maintain historical cost data and estimating resources.Support project handoff to operations teams.MPI does not discriminate on the basis of race, color, religion, sex, sexual orientation, gender identity or expression, national origin, age, disability, veteran status, marital status, or based on an individual's status in any group or class protected by applicable federal, state or local law.
