Job Description

  • Oversee MEP coordination across multiple active projects
  • Troubleshoot system issues alongside Superintendents and PMs
  • Review drawings, specifications, and construction schedules
  • Manage subcontractors and ensure scope execution aligns with plan
  • Support field teams with planning, sequencing, and system integration

The Successful Applicant

A successful MEP Superintendent should have:

  • 5+ years of MEP leadership on $15M+ scopes
  • Strong technical understanding of mechanical, electrical, and plumbing systems
  • Proven ability to support and mentor field teams
  • Professional, collaborative, and solutions-oriented mindset
  • Degree in Engineering or Construction Management (preferred)
