Known for its strong reputation, repeat business and collaborative culture, the company offers long-term career growth and a healthy pipeline of work.Job DescriptionThe Lead Superintendent will be responsible for:Serving as the lead onsite Superintendent for a 250-unit multifamily development.Directing all day-to-day field operations, subcontractor activities and construction schedules.Ensuring projects are delivered safely, on time and to the highest quality standards.Coordinating closely with project teams, ownership groups and local authorities.Managing site logistics, inspections and compliance throughout the construction lifecycle.Leading and mentoring field personnel while maintaining a productive jobsite culture.Overseeing precast installation activities where applicable.Driving project execution from site mobilization through project completion.MPI does not discriminate on the basis of race, color, religion, sex, sexual orientation, gender identity or expression, national origin, age, disability, veteran status, marital status, or based on an individual's status in any group or class protected by applicable federal, state or local law.
