Job Description

  • Lead ground-up multifamily projects valued between $40M-$80M from sitework through turnover
  • Manage daily field operations, subcontractors, safety, quality, and project schedules
  • Supervise and mentor 1-2 Assistant Superintendents throughout the project lifecycle
  • Coordinate closely with project management and leadership teams to ensure successful execution
  • Support upcoming multifamily developments across NC and SC as the regional portfolio expands

The Successful Applicant

A successful Lead Multifamily Superintendent should have:

  • Proven experience leading ground-up wood-frame multifamily projects
  • Experience delivering projects valued between $40M-$80M
  • Strong tenure with previous employers, preferably 3+ years per company
  • Ability to travel throughout North and South Carolina as needed
  • Excellent leadership, organisation, and subcontractor management skills

Salary: $135,000-$160,000 base salary
