Job Description

  • Lead all onsite construction activities from mobilization through project completion
  • Manage and coordinate subcontractors, vendors, and field personnel
  • Develop, maintain, and enforce project schedules and milestone deadlines
  • Ensure compliance with safety standards, company policies, and regulatory requirements
  • Conduct subcontractor meetings and coordinate daily project activities
  • Oversee quality control processes and ensure work is completed to specifications
  • Partner with project management teams to proactively resolve field issues and maintain project momentum

The Successful Applicant

  • Proven experience as a Lead Superintendent, Senior Superintendent, or Superintendent on multifamily construction projects
  • Strong understanding of wood-frame, podium, wrap, garden-style, and large-scale residential construction
  • Demonstrated ability to manage multiple subcontractors and complex project schedules
  • Expertise in construction sequencing, safety management, and quality assurance
  • Experience using construction management software such as Procore, Bluebeam, Microsoft Project, or similar platforms
  • Excellent communication, leadership, and problem-solving abilities
  • Track record of delivering projects on time and within budget
  • Ability to build strong relationships with clients, subcontractors, and project stakeholders
