About Our Client

Our client is a small General Contractor based just North of Boston. They serve in several markets including: Multifamily, Senior Living, and General Commercial, and Public. Their projects range from $40M - $60M, both ground up and fit outs. They pride themselves on their company culture and prioritize the well being of all employees. They have a very well tenured Superintendent staff, work with strong local subcontractors with a good reputation, and have lasting and strong relationships with their repeat clients. This is a stable opportunity to join a business with a back log built out until 2028 in an almost recession proof sector of building.

Job Description

  • Overseeing on-site daily project operations
  • Generating daily project reports
  • Ensuring projects are progressing and per schedule and in accordance with local building codes and laws
  • Ensures Safety codes/regulations are followed by laborers and staff
  • Create lasting relationships with clients

The Successful Applicant

  • Holds a CSL
  • 5+ years of experience as a Superintendent Leading from the front
  • Experience utilizing construction software (Procore, Bluebeam)
  • Experience successfully overseeing commercial/multifamily construction projects
