Our client is an established builder in the greater Boston area with an excellent market reputation. They are seeking to add a Superintendent to their team with their increased workload.

Job Description

Lead Superintendent - Multifamily

  • Manage daily on-site operations for construction projects.
  • Coordinate with subcontractors to ensure project deadlines are met.
  • Maintain safety standards and compliance on construction sites.
  • Monitor project progress and address any issues promptly.
  • Review and interpret project blueprints and specifications.
  • Communicate regularly with stakeholders to provide project updates.
  • Supervise and direct site staff and laborers.
  • Ensure quality control and adherence to project budgets.

  • Experience with managing construction projects in the property industry.
  • Strong knowledge of construction safety standards and regulations.
  • Ability to read and interpret blueprints and project plans.
  • Excellent leadership and team management skills.
  • Effective communication and problem-solving abilities.
