Job Description

  • Lead day-to-day field operations for a commercial renovation project in Columbus
  • Manage subcontractors, schedules, quality, and site safety from start to completion
  • Coordinate closely with project managers, owners, architects, and trade partners
  • Drive project milestones on a 6-month turnaround schedule while maintaining quality standards
  • Provide leadership on site and ensure efficient communication across all project stakeholders

The Successful Applicant

A successful Superintendent should have:

  • Superintendent experience on commercial, retail, multifamily, or education projects
  • Strong ability to manage subcontractors and maintain schedule performance
  • Proven leadership skills with a hands-on approach to jobsite management
  • Excellent communication skills and experience working with owners and design teams
  • Open to local travel and committed to delivering high-quality projects safely and efficiently
