Leadership actively invests in professional development and believes in creating future leaders from within the organization.This is an excellent opportunity for a construction leader who wants to join a financially strong organization with an impressive project pipeline and a track record of delivering some of the region's most challenging and rewarding projects.Job DescriptionKey Responsibilities:Lead all field operations for large commercial construction projectsDevelop and drive project schedules, including short-interval planningManage site safety programs and promote a culture of zero incidentsCoordinate subcontractors, suppliers, self-perform crews, and field personnelOversee jobsite logistics, sequencing, manpower planning, and daily operationsEnsure quality standards are achieved throughout all phases of constructionMaintain compliance with drawings, specifications, contracts, and regulatory requirementsIdentify and resolve field challenges before they impact schedule or costWork closely with Project Managers to ensure successful project deliveryBuild and maintain strong relationships with owners, architects, engineers, inspectors, and project stakeholdersLead construction meetings and communicate project progress to internal and external teamsMentor and develop Assistant Superintendents, Field Engineers, and emerging field leadersDrive project completion while maintaining exceptional client satisfactionMPI does not discriminate on the basis of race, color, religion, sex, sexual orientation, gender identity or expression, national origin, age, disability, veteran status, marital status, or based on an individual's status in any group or class protected by applicable federal, state or local law.
