Approximately 50-60% of their work consists of ground-up construction projects, providing employees with a varied and engaging project pipeline.Job DescriptionThe successful candidate will initially lead a $5M ground-up maintenance building project located at a private golf course in Hamilton, MA, while positioning themselves for future opportunities across the firm's New England project portfolio.ResponsibilitiesLead all on-site construction activities from project start through closeoutManage subcontractors, site logistics, schedules, and daily field operationsEnsure projects are completed safely, on time, and within budgetCoordinate closely with project management teams, owners, architects, and consultantsConduct regular site meetings and maintain project documentationMonitor quality control programs and ensure adherence to company standardsReview plans, specifications, RFIs, and submittals to proactively address construction challengesUtilize Bluebeam and Excel to support reporting, scheduling, and project trackingMPI does not discriminate on the basis of race, color, religion, sex, sexual orientation, gender identity or expression, national origin, age, disability, veteran status, marital status, or based on an individual's status in any group or class protected by applicable federal, state or local law.
