Lead Superintendent - Commercial - MS & AL Travel

• Oversee and manage all on-site construction activities to ensure project completion aligns with timelines and budgets.
• Coordinate with project managers, subcontractors, and suppliers to maintain seamless operations.
• Enforce safety protocols and ensure compliance with all applicable regulations and standards.
• Monitor work quality and ensure adherence to project specifications and plans.
• Prepare and maintain daily field reports, logs, and schedules.
• Identify and resolve any issues that may delay project timelines or impact quality.
• Lead and manage on-site personnel and subcontractors effectively.
• Communicate project updates and progress to stakeholders as needed.
