Job Description

  • Lead on-site construction for commercial or multifamily projects
  • Coordinate subcontractors, schedules, and site logistics
  • Ensure safety, quality, and budget adherence throughout builds
  • Collaborate with PMs, clients, and leadership teams
  • Drive delivery of ground-up and podium-style developments

The Successful Applicant

A successful Superintendent should have:

  • 5-15+ years Superintendent experience in commercial or multifamily
  • Background in large-scale or urban, ground-up construction
  • Stable career history with progression at 1-2 firms
  • Strong client-facing and communication skills
  • Experience across sectors such as healthcare, retail, or education (preferred)
