Their long-term project pipeline, entrepreneurial culture, and commitment to operational excellence create an environment where top performers can build lasting careers.Job DescriptionLead field operations for large-scale commercial construction projects with significant concrete scopes.Oversee project safety, quality, scheduling, and daily execution activities.Coordinate subcontractors, suppliers, and field personnel to maintain project milestones.Manage project logistics, manpower planning, and resource allocation.Ensure all work is completed according to contract documents, specifications, and quality standards.Partner with project management teams to track progress, budgets, and project performance.Conduct daily site meetings and communicate project updates to stakeholders.Proactively identify and resolve field challenges to minimize project disruptions.Mentor and develop field personnel while fostering a strong team environment.Support the successful delivery of multiple mission-critical construction projects within the region.MPI does not discriminate on the basis of race, color, religion, sex, sexual orientation, gender identity or expression, national origin, age, disability, veteran status, marital status, or based on an individual's status in any group or class protected by applicable federal, state or local law.
