Job Description

  • Onsite daily
  • Overseeing the full scope of the physical construction of the project
  • Safety, QA/QC, Subcontractor Management, Document Control, Schedule, Relationship Management & Project Management
  • Supervision of day-to-day work in the field
  • Turning out high-quality work in the largest possible quantities for the lowest possible cost in the shortest possible time
  • Planning in advance and ensuring the flow of personnel and materials will be available
  • Managing and developing assistant super & other junior staff

  • 10+ years of Superintendent experience
  • Good tenure with reputable firms
  • Must have run numerous Wood Frame Multifamily projects $30M+ (as Lead Super)
  • MA CSL, OSHA
