Job Description

The Lead Superintendent - Healthcare will:

  • Lead all on-site activities for healthcare renovation and addition projects.
  • Manage projects ranging from $5M to $10M in value.
  • Coordinate subonctractors, schedules, safety, and quality control efforts.
  • Ensure successful execution of work in occupied and operational environments.
  • Collaborate closely with project management teams, clients, and field personnel.
  • Drive project delivery while maintaining budget, schedule, and client satisfaction goals.
  • Utilize Procore, Microsoft Office, and Bluebeam to manage project documentation and communication.
  • Support and mentor field teams while reinforcing best practices and company standards.

The Successful Applicant

A successful Lead Superintendent - Healthcare should have:

  • 5+ years of experience independently leading construction projects as a Superintendent.
  • Proven experience managing projects valued between $5M and $10M.
  • Strong background in healthcare renovations, additions, or similarly complex occupied projects.
  • Experience working in active, occupied facilities is required.
  • Proficiency with Procore, Microsoft Office, and Bluebeam.
  • Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to travel to project sites throughout Central Connecticut, including Hartford, New Haven, Sharon, and Torrington.
  • Must be able to work fully onsite.
