Known for its collaborative culture, strong client relationships, and experienced leadership team, the organization offers long-term career growth and a stable project pipeline.Job DescriptionLead all field operations for healthcare renovation and addition projects throughout Connecticut.Manage project execution from mobilization through closeout while maintaining schedule, budget, quality, and safety goals.Coordinate subcontractors, vendors, consultants, and project stakeholders to ensure successful project delivery.Oversee work within occupied healthcare environments while minimizing disruptions to ongoing operations.Conduct daily site planning, scheduling, and progress tracking activities.Collaborate closely with project managers and company leadership to resolve project challenges and maintain client satisfaction.Utilize Procore, Bluebeam, and Microsoft tools for project documentation, communication, and reporting.Enforce safety standards and ensure compliance with all project and regulatory requirements.Maintain strong relationships with clients, design teams, and trade partners.Report directly to the Head of Connecticut Operations.MPI does not discriminate on the basis of race, color, religion, sex, sexual orientation, gender identity or expression, national origin, age, disability, veteran status, marital status, or based on an individual's status in any group or class protected by applicable federal, state or local law.
