Lead Superintendent - Healthcare - Middletown, CT

• Lead all field operations for healthcare renovation and addition projects throughout Connecticut.
• Manage project execution from mobilization through closeout while maintaining schedule, budget, quality, and safety goals.
• Coordinate subcontractors, vendors, consultants, and project stakeholders to ensure successful project delivery.
• Oversee work within occupied healthcare environments while minimizing disruptions to ongoing operations.
• Conduct daily site planning, scheduling, and progress tracking activities.
• Collaborate closely with project managers and company leadership to resolve project challenges and maintain client satisfaction.
• Utilize Procore, Bluebeam, and Microsoft tools for project documentation, communication, and reporting.
• Enforce safety standards and ensure compliance with all project and regulatory requirements.
• Maintain strong relationships with clients, design teams, and trade partners.
• Report directly to the Head of Connecticut Operations.
