Job Description

  • Lead all on-site construction activities from preconstruction through closeout
  • Manage subcontractors, schedules, and daily field operations
  • Ensure adherence to safety standards and project specifications
  • Coordinate inspections, materials, and equipment delivery
  • Maintain project documentation using Procore and Bluebeam
  • Partner with project leadership to proactively resolve issues
  • Drive quality control across all phases of construction

The Successful Applicant

A successful Lead Superintendent - Healthcare Projects should have:

  • 5 to 10+ years of commercial construction field experience
  • Minimum 3 years as a Lead Superintendent
  • Experience with ground-up projects in the $5M to $30M range
  • Exposure to healthcare or technically complex builds preferred
  • Familiarity with low-voltage systems is a plus
  • Proficiency with Procore and Bluebeam
  • Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills
  • Comfortable working in a fast-paced, improvement-driven environment
