The company offers a collaborative culture, strong leadership support, and opportunities for career advancement while maintaining a commitment to excellence in every project delivered.Job DescriptionLead all day-to-day field operations for healthcare construction projects.Manage and coordinate subcontractors, vendors, and site personnel to achieve project milestones.Ensure project schedules, quality standards, and safety requirements are consistently met.Conduct daily huddles, weekly progress meetings, and short-term look-ahead planning sessions.Communicate project status, schedule updates, RFIs, and field challenges with Project Management.Review plans, specifications, submittals, and construction documents to ensure proper execution.Monitor manpower, material deliveries, and site logistics to maintain efficient project flow.Identify and resolve quality issues before they impact schedule or cost.Coordinate inspections, AHJ approvals, and healthcare facility requirements.Lead punch list activities, turnover processes, and project closeout efforts.Build strong relationships with owners, architects, consultants, inspectors, and trade partners.Mentor field staff and foster a collaborative, high-performance jobsite culture.MPI does not discriminate on the basis of race, color, religion, sex, sexual orientation, gender identity or expression, national origin, age, disability, veteran status, marital status, or based on an individual's status in any group or class protected by applicable federal, state or local law.
