Lead Superintendent - Healthcare

• Lead all day-to-day field operations for healthcare construction projects.
• Manage and coordinate subcontractors, vendors, and site personnel to achieve project milestones.
• Ensure project schedules, quality standards, and safety requirements are consistently met.
• Conduct daily huddles, weekly progress meetings, and short-term look-ahead planning sessions.
• Communicate project status, schedule updates, RFIs, and field challenges with Project Management.
• Review plans, specifications, submittals, and construction documents to ensure proper execution.
• Monitor manpower, material deliveries, and site logistics to maintain efficient project flow.
• Identify and resolve quality issues before they impact schedule or cost.
• Coordinate inspections, AHJ approvals, and healthcare facility requirements.
• Lead punch list activities, turnover processes, and project closeout efforts.
• Build strong relationships with owners, architects, consultants, inspectors, and trade partners.
• Mentor field staff and foster a collaborative, high-performance jobsite culture.
