Job Description

  • Lead all field operations from project startup through completion
  • Oversee schedules, subcontractors, manpower planning, quality, and safety
  • Build strong relationships with owners, architects, and project teams
  • Monitor project costs, productivity, and overall site performance
  • Mentor field staff and help develop future leaders within the business

The Successful Applicant

A successful Superintendent should have:

  • Experience leading commercial construction projects as a Superintendent
  • Background in K-12, industrial, healthcare, manufacturing, or warehouse projects
  • Strong scheduling, coordination, and subcontractor management skills
  • Proven ability to lead teams and drive project success in the field
  • Construction Management degree preferred or equivalent industry experience
